Reporting to the People Operations Manager we are looking for an organised, people focused operator to execute the recruitment and staffing strategy for all variable team members for a minimum of 28 event days.

Key Focus Areas

Supports the recruitment and training strategy of over 2500 variable and event day workers within the Catering Hospitality and Retail team
Coordinates booking and confirming of all variable team members in line with event planners and budgets, never compromising on quality - flexed to events; be they football, NFL, music concerts or other ad hoc opportunities
Delivers seamless event day staffing through preparation and organisation including the check in and out process
Manages uniform distribution, controls and ensures agreed standards are maintained
Communicates with relevant department managers to ensure flawless execution of planners
Responsible for administration of variable database including but not limited to Right to Work and staff accreditation policies
Legislative and company HSE procedures and standards compliance
Acts as a first line response to all variable staffing enquiries
Responsible for payroll delivery weekly, people are paid right first time
Leads a world class, guest first service culture
Collaborates with the Training manager to ensure all team members are fully accredited to deliver service level agreements
Manages relationships with 3rd party suppliers/partners who are contracted to deliver services on our behalf
Person Specification

A nice, ambitious and approachable person
Previous experience in the same industry desirable with a passion for the events industry
Embraces and innovates the use of technology and social media to maximise communication and operational delivery
Good verbal communication skills and excellent command of both spoken and written English language
Able to prioritise with excellent administrative, organisational and time management skills
Ability to take initiative when required and resolve potential problems quickly
Motivated by a passion for quality and great service delivery
Personal circumstances must allow working flexible hours to align with stadia activity
