I actually feel for Morata. Our keep ball does his goal getting no favours (nor does his constant 'touch me I fall') but that's getting away from the subject on my part.

The club never covered this situation, they rode their luck and have lost the title on the back of that before the seasons halfway point. We went with an unsettled striker in low confidence and another who at 32 is struggling for 90 minutes let alone 2 games in a week. Giroud is an impact 3rd striker at very best and NEVER an alternative (fitness/age considered) first choice. This is why I feel we've gone from a big club mentality to 2 bob. Sarri is being cut very little slack on this front - we can see how he's trying to manage a bad situation by playing Hazard in the 9...it's not a desired strategy but one borne out of desperation. We have managers trying to reach very high expectation with duds.
