No I genuinely believe he cannot lead this group of players. What’s the evidence to support he can?

He is absolutely asking the players to have possession without purpose, it’s been evident since day 1, he’s trying to instill his philosophy - I’m not actually against that, I think early on Jorginho made a big difference for how the players think about what to do with the ball, but he/they haven’t changed, they haven’t kicked on, so yes at this point 6 months later it’s 100% possession without purpose and our manager, head coach is unable to either coach the 11 players on the pitch to be different and is unable to change his philosophy to manage a particular game or situation. Any manager who has 1 way of playing and cannot / won’t change is flawed. He’s flawed.

He wouldn’t have the fans where they are today, or a vocal majority at least, if he had any personal agility. He doesn’t. He’s the wrong man.
