The sooner Conte is shown the door the better imo. Chelsea don't offer managers a kitty, the buys are done upstairs and managers have to accept and work with club policy. AC never could/will accept that which begs the question why join us!!! He won us a title when we had no European interest (not his fault) but failed miserably when he had to juggle the following season. We're seeing the break down of relationships...Costa, Luiz and Willian are the 3 we suspect had/have problems. We're rotting again imo...the cup win doesn't hide glaring problems to me. We have also seen 4 bitter rivals become superior to us...like it or not, I see all 4 of the clubs above us getting better and stronger. Conte has to go - he's actually destroying us imho.
Sarri...I know very little about him if I'm honest.
I think conte has got to go too, expect it to be announced this week.

I think AC joined us because he thought he could convince the board otherwise as time went on. Especially last summer with the signings* he's reported to have wanted. Bit like a bird who tells her mates "he'll change for me" and sticks with it; but he's still an absolute **** to her.
*eg: Bonucci / Cheilleni (spelling) / Llorente
The club should’ve also known who and what Conte was, so they have to share some of the blame too. This was a manager who left the club he loves because he didn’t believe they were backing him to take them to the next level (and he’s been proved correct on that one).
Interesting that Hazard also told the Beeb that the transfers might affect his decisions on staying next season.
Hazard still has two years on his current contract, so we don’t have to sell him.
If we're not going to put more flair around him I say cash in. He could be so much more if we had others that had the game changing talents he has. There is no prolific striker, no constant help from midfield (Frank) and very few goals from defenders in 2018...if Hazard is handled well we have very little left in reserve. I truly believe his talent deserves better than we give him.
The guy is talented, no question. He’s also capable of some bang average performances when his attitude isn’t right.

I think he's well marshalled (fouled) too often. Not sure I ever see a poor attitude but I do take your point he can be bang average. Those performances are shown up more because, as I say, there's little else to rely on.
