5 wins in the Europa League, 2 in the FA Cup (against lower league opposition), 4 in the league cup (1 of which was against lower league opposition) - That's 40% of his wins alone.

His league record is 58%...

It’s easy to dismiss those Europa and Cup games, but he’d have been slaughtered if we hadn’t have won them...

58% win percentage in the League still puts him in the all-time (well, 27 year) Top 10 of PL managers, based on win percentage.

Rightly, given the level of the opposition!

Let's see how that stat looks at the end of the season (if he makes it).

So he can’t win even when he does then [wink]

That’s exactly what I’ve been saying, let’s judge him at the end of the season :-D

He literally can't be compared on a like for like basis to any other manager we've had, as none have played in the Europa fully like he has - So do it based on the games you can compare them on (league and domestic cups)...

That's why I said it! [wink]

True but then how deep do you start looking into it? There were PL seasons when we outspent other clubs by so much and most squads were so inferior to ours that it’s unfair to compare those managers directly with where we are now, relative to the rest of the League.

Even so, based on the win percentages of our managers in League and Cups only, 58% would still see him quite comfortably in Chelsea’s top four, presuming Carlo, Jose and Conte’s is better (which might not even be the case if it were worked out)
