Think Chelsea know they’re not going to win the appeal and have no real grounds to appeal and FIFA know it’s just a delaying tactic.
Until the appeal is heard they can't know for sure. Yes of course it's a delaying tactic but it's how the process works. Id be amazed if CAS doesn't overturn it.
