My expectation of Sarri is far less than I have for the like of Jose, Conte, Pep etc. Do I think he's right up there as a top-notch manager? Not a chance, not yet anyway.

What he is is a very dedicated man who will work his socks off to get his ideals shown on a football pitch. A man who doesn't get carried away with unbeaten runs and always seems very grounded as others hit emotional highs and lows. I love the calmness seen on the bench from Sarri (and Gianfranco)...a little note written then back up on his feet directing play. He doesn't play the fans as Conte did...he is focussed totally on what is happening on the pitch. I adore the lack of circus creating from Sarri....blissful peace.
