Some of our 2nd half football was fantastic. And a special mention for Christensen and our defence. Bad old Chelsea keep on winning [^]

Kovacic had his best game for us too.

Sarri just dedicated the win to Napoli..

Whilst results have been acceptable, he just doesn't fit - as stan says, boards fault for employing him.

He achieved everything we could have dreamed of. It’s almost like everyone’s been whinging all season for no reason

At the start of the season, if offered 3rd place and Europa League winners, given how last season went and how other teams have progressed, I’d have bitten both arms off.

And me. But you always need to dig deeper.

Tongue in cheek jibe at those who have even personally had a go at me at times this season, when I said all season to judge Sarri come May, and they would have been on here slating him had things ended badly, I’m sure.
It is true though that the almost relentless negativity from almost every Chelsea fan I know, either in real life or online, has made this quite an unnecessarily unenjoyable season!

I can understand some of the anti Sarri sentiment and 75% of the stuff put up on here is well reasoned but some of garbage and behaviour from our fans at matches has left a sour taste for me. The booing at Watford away when taking off CHO who was clearly injured and the regular booing when he has to substitute RLC who is not fit enough to play 90 minutes in central midfield is pathetic.

Yep understand some of the criticism at times but it’s crossed the line far too often IMHO

The fella could cure cancer in the morning and sort out climate change in the afternoon and there would still be Chelsea fans saying they hate him.

I don't actually dislike him personally, just don't want him as manager of the club.

Credit where it's due, as Famous has said elsewhere, he's basically met his brief for this season (even if I have some issues with how he got there!).

Spot on. i don't see him as a great fit for us, but I have nothing against him personally, and I don't think he is stupid or a bad manager as such. He looked so happy with his medal and I don't begrudge him any of it. After all he never pulled the wool over anybody's eyes, you can't buy suede shoes and wear them out in the rain (what a crap analogy HAHAHAHAHA)
