I see a lot of posts saying things like "Well he wasn't that good anyway" blah bla blah.

That feels a bit like a lover spurned. He was great to watch at times and he's a professional footballer who has moved on. Onwards and upwards for us and him, now we have the appeal to worry about, I don't know how strong our case is, but does it mean we can sign players until it is heard?
