For me he leaves with a shed load of trophies and certainly me wishing him all the best. I would take the ban now... we will only get shafted price wise in rhis window...and get the likes of Reece James playing.

He's 29 soon....it's just a fantastic move for everyone.

Both City and Liverpool never had Eden Hazard last season and they won pots....we just have to be led well and adjust.

I doubt those people attended games and watched him drag our sorry arses to 2 titles!!

Hugely long time since I have posted - sorry, it’s been a busy time! - but Eden Hazard has been a wonderful, wonderful player for us, he will be sorely missed and I wish him the very very best.

But and it is a big but, the team has played through him for too long because he has been so far ahead of the rest and I am cautiously optimistic that this is the moment when they will stand together and it could be great for our club.

Most talented player weve ever had imo.

After Zola, my favourite individual player to watch at CFC in my life time.

I think in that league, (where he wont get kicked to shreds) and surrounded by better players, he will do wonderful things there. If he really wants it, then a ballon dor awaits.

Nevin,Zola,Hazard.....It's players like them that make a difference to the whole team,make the crowd buzz when they are on the ball,you knew something
special could happen,they make you want to go to watch football in the first place (which for me this season I must admit has been a struggle)

Wow, where are the posts saying that? I don’t think I’ve seen anything other than people praising his ability and his contribution to the club. I don’t think he’ll go down as our greatest player but there’s definitely a case for him being our most naturally talented.
It’s been rare over the past 25 years that any of our players moves on to (arguably) better things and rarer still that they get the kind of reception I think he has, from what I’ve seen, which is mainly that fans would rather he’d stayed but have always accepted he wasn’t going to spend the rest of career here, understand why he’s gone and wish him well. As well as being a superbly gifted player, he also seems to be a nice person.
I do fear for him that for a club and fans spoiled by Cristiano’s almost inhuman drive & personality, the fans there might turn on him for not having that same relentless mindset, but good luck to him personally and I’m glad he went out on such a high, doing so much to deliver another major trophy and CL football again.
