I don’t know what the TV showed but Willian’s behaviour on the penalty was awful, childish and without a doubt would have added to the pressure for Barkley.
Barkley mind is also a bell end, clearly penalty takers are known before hand and Willian should have taken it.

Probably just bad luck the goal came just after the first sub but it was a strange one and (dare I say it) came across as naive... and not for the first time this season.
Hard to know what the complete story is re: the penalty, but I would be amazed if Barkley was down to take pens ahead of others on the pitch. And speaking as someone who has never been sold on Barkley, seeing that tonight and the cost it could have in the long term, has really pissed me off
No way somebody 8 minutes on the pitch would be the designated taker. Made himself look even more of a cnut, the Scouse tool.
If he is the taker, and therefore became first choice once on the pitch, then I don’t get what all the fuss was about with the others, so I don’t really believe that. And if it is true, then I would take him off penalties anyway if he’s that easily put off.
