...if he didn't think it was a big job, he does now. That said I am not one who wants to see the back of him but some decisions have baffled me. He continues to deploy Kante as Sarri did, but doesn't seem to get any stick for it. I believe Tomori to be our best CB. What is going on there? Last night only Reece James and Kovacic looked anywhere on a par with Bayern. . and as for Ross Barkley.....

Speaks well after the matches, win or lose. I like what he says. kante had some great games out of position with Sari. I reckon he is still struggling with an injury or niggle. Agree on Tomori and right move on Kepa. Has to have time and some buys.

Kante has definitely not been 100% yet this season. I don't want to see the back of Frank. He came in as an inexperienced manager at a particularly difficult time. We knew there would be times that would show and it has, I have no desire for him to be sacked. Look at Klopp, we would have got rid 3 years ago.

I feel Frank could juggle this squad every which way but still come up well short of a top team.

All about getting to the summer as best we can and then Frank can start building his own side, one that matches his character. What we saw on Tuesday was the result of terrible management at boardroom level and not (IMHO) the fault of Frank or the lads. I think Frank knows what he wants from the players, gives them the task and they often fail. He will be far more frustrated than we are - I reckon. Players are being given chance after chance to impress and some are not impressing at all. I'm not even sure Kante will feature in Frank's long term plans...gut feeling on that one.

No decisions can be made based on Tuesday. They are probably the best side in Europe at the moment, would be unfair to judge our boys against that at this moment. It's where we want to be of course, but to expect to be anywhere near that right now is ridiculous.

The Bayern game was a yardstick for us. We are indeed a few furlongs behind a team that is starting to recover from Ribery and Robben. This is where we failed I'm afraid - we bought duds and hoped they would replace our Riberys and Robbens.

In Frank I trust, in Chelsea, I don't :-D

It wasn’t that long ago (barely months) Bayern were in crisis themselves and seem to have come out the other side, so it shows how quickly things can change

I trust Frank and Jody will have us looking far better in August mate...if backed. For all our up and down results, we do put in some decent shows - up to a point.
