Probably for advertising their stuff - I asked a question on the board trying to help my sisters business out... and I was banned instantly - so I dare say there was some kind of software running - it was massively fast in terms of deletion and banning. I posted saw a response and then boom
I don't think that Wharto is to blame nor is he the owner of the other board
