Afternoon. How has all this come about then? who is paying for what?
I am. I used to be publisher on other Chelsea board, but frustrated at lack of design and ease of use, etc, so I launched it this week. I need to put a few ads on soon, so it starts covering the server costs, but there won't ever be any popups or annoying ones.
I'm not staying on here unless there's a topic view.
